Regional Sales Manager - Biologics

The Dermatology Biologics Regional Sales Manager is responsible for hiring and leading a team promoting Sun’s biologic product(s) and optimizing the business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and hospital accounts that specialize in the area of Psoriasis Disorders.  The Dermatology Regional Sales Manager will be required to demonstrate an excellence in developing and applying business plans that lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives.  


  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device experience
  • 3+ years’ experience as Regional or District Sales manager (leading sales representatives) or equivalent management level experience.
  • Ability to lead, develop and coach high performing, diverse teams.  Very strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated clinical acumen
  • Strong ability to collaborate, innovate and deliver results.
  • Valid driver’s license


  • Experience in Dermatology/Psoriasis or other Immunologic Disease States including but not limited to Rheumatoid Arthritis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.
  • Biologic or Oncology selling experience (IV or Sub Q)
  • Experience with managing and communicating complex reimbursement and access issues in a highly competitive market.
  • Experience building and leading high performing Biologic teams
