Title: Recruiter

As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, the Recruiter will provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support with an emphasis on Manufacturing/GMP recruiting.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
  • Protect and improve the candidate experience
  • Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
  • Help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company
  • Provide daily support to Head of Talent Acquisition on key business initiatives, TA/HR projects, and overall reporting and leadership among the TA team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience recruiting for a wide array of manufacturing positions
  • 2+ years of experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of hiring timeline, recruiter bandwidth, or offer acceptance rate
  • Recruiting in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.  Pharmaceutical Industry experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability influencing senior leaders
  • A love for solving challenging problems and building programs for scale
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to quickly prioritize competing priorities
  • Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to find untapped talent outside traditional means and engage top talent with your personalized approach
  • Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent globally
  • Experience mentoring junior teammates

Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
