Sales Operations Sr. Analyst

Sr. Analyst, Sales Operations will primarily focus on sample compliance and vendor management. Sr. Analyst will be responsible for a wide variety of projects, including, but not limited to quarterly reconciliations, sample monitoring and compliance, CRM updates, metric reporting and work interactions. Position title will be commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for analyzing field sample activities while keeping projects involving hand carry prescription in compliance with the Prescription Drug and Marketing Act (PDMA)
• Monitors sampling activities, tracks shipments, and reviews quarterly product reconciliation while advising sales representatives of PDMA regulations.
• Assist in managing the relationship with vendors for both hand carry and direct to practitioner programs
• Ensure field new hires are meeting sample compliance requirements prior to being certified
• Assist in Territory Alignments and CRM updates
• Ability to collaborate and communicate expectations clearly with vendors and internal departments (Compliance, Training, HR, Marketing)
• Familiar with Credentialing and Jurisdiction requirements
• Collaborates with Brand Marketing teams to ensure drug sample product launches are successful
• Develop meaningful metrics and reports surrounding the all Sample Programs
• Drafts and delivers communications regarding sampling activities and sample compliance to the sales teams
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience and knowledge of PDMA and CRM system
• Strong project management skills and having the ability to prioritize
• Must possess exceptional verbal, written, and presentation
• Be well versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
• Must be self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player and commitment to excellence
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently, with a sense of urgency
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail
The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $104,500 to $127,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
