Manager, Digital Marketing

To develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies and campaigns that drive disease and brand awareness, customer engagement. These roles focus on leveraging digital channels, content management, to achieve business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives. The ultimate aim is to enhance the company's branded product digital presence, support strategic initiatives, and drive measurable business growth.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across all branded products
- Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web, etc.).
- Optimize digital marketing efforts to drive engagement.
- Participate in the brand planning cycle as digital marketing expert and planner to support strategies
- Oversee the creation and management of digital content.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality content.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data analytics.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources required based on the brand/product plans
- Develop and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, IT).
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Generate reports and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Use data to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics
Additional responsibility (Only applicable to customer facing roles)
- Report any adverse event received from customers for company products to the pharmacovigilance department / Drug Safety on the same day or within 1 business day
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing software and analytics tools.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Bilingual would be an asset
Background and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and CRM.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
Working conditions
- Local Canadian office
- Extensive use of computer.
- Varied work schedule to meet deadlines, as required.
Physical requirements
- Travel will be required up to 20%
- Office based with Hybrid option when needed.
