Supply Chain Analyst
Cranbury, New Jersey- Position covers Sun Gx DSCSA operations for NAM market
- Monitor TraceLink inbound and outbound transaction communications with trading partners – CMOs, brand owners, internal manufacturing, and sales customers
- POC of partners with incoming products receipts either not receiving data or getting wrong data from Sun/Taro
- Trouble shoot transactional failures and self-resolve or engage related parties in supply chain, MDM, CS, and IT for them to resolve.
- On-board customers and vendors into the TraceLink instances
- Support serial verification and trace log reporting in the system and be available for second level support of serial inquiries
- Cross-train in other B2B/IT coverages and expect the same support for EPCIS messages
- Run and analyze weekly/monthly reports driving data insights and MIS for SCM reporting and ad hoc reports as requested
- Other SCM responsibilities to operational support functional activities for NAM market
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience using TraceLink (or other similar system)
- Bachelors Degree in a related field (Computer Science or Statistical Analysis)
- Experience with MS Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated clear and effective written and verbal communications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry & SCM is a plus
