The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will participate in the development and execution of Proactiv business digital strategy on Amazon to achieve sales goals through the implementation and optimization of Amazon best practices. This role will define KPIs and deliver analytics that drive growth and strategy development to increase sales and maximize returns via our digital media activities.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the overall digital strategy
  • Develop KPIs and manage all aspects of web analytics related to Amazon programs and communicate relevant information to team members, outside agencies, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Analyze and monitor the KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, average order value, net profit, returns on Ad spend, all other relevant VC operations KPIs
  • Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the Amazon business including business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, brand design, store design, web analytics
  • Generate and implement new sales and dynamic marketing initiatives to increase Amazon revenue and profitability
  • Participate in the planning and ongoing management of budgets to ensure KPIs are achieved
  • Collaborate with technology team and marketing teams to ensure that we have the technical capability to deliver, measure and optimize the success of Amazon marketing campaigns
  • Manage the the PDPs and A+, content development and promotional campaigns ensuring consistent messages and recommend opportunities for optimization and engagement
  • Ensure online compliance with governmental agencies
  • Ensure proper utilization of intellectual property across all products on Amazon
  • Manage a digital agency by providing guidance and feedback on current KPIs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing major (quantitative, test-driven field or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of Amazon experience
  • Solid understanding of applicable KPIs along with the tools needed to measure and analyze campaign performance
  • Proven success in managing accounts and data analytics to drive revenue and brand growth
  • In-depth experience of Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising
  • Strong self-organization and time management skills
  • Experience working with Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and other major e-commerce companies

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $95,500 to $119,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.

The compensation and benefits described above are subject to the terms and conditions of any governing plans, policies, practices, agreements, or other materials or documents as in effect from time to time, including but not limited to terms and conditions regarding eligibility. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company, or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
