Job Duties:

Troubleshoot all equipment and associated processes at Chattem.
Ability to follow instructions carefully with attention to details.
Responsible for following all safety, security and company policies.
Ability to maintain all equipment.
Able to work with outside vendors and contractors as required.
Follow cGMP guidelines for API’s.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work any shift and OT (as needed).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
Good communication skills.
A self-started, energetic and motivated.
Work in hot or cold weather conditions.
Safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand, push, pull and climb stairs frequently.
Able to work in confined spaces, off-the-ground work (platforms, ladders, tall distillation columns, etc)
Experience in maintenance for the following types of equipment:

Centrifugal pumps
Air operated diaphragm pumps
Gear boxes
Agitators
Air operated valves
Boilers
Chillers
Plumbing
