Senior Analyst, CEO Office

Purpose:
The Senior Analyst, CEO Office provides overarching support services at the executive level for the North America Business. The incumbent may be responsible for creation and administration of correspondence, meeting and travel logistics, presentations, office administration and expense control. This position will work cross-functionally with colleagues in all BUs and functions. Act as liaison between the CEO and internal and external entities, providing a high level of professionalism in both demeanor and conduct.
Job Qualifications:
- Must understand and be able to apply the highest level of confidentiality and outstanding judgment.
- Dealswith people in a manner which maintains accountability, while demonstrating empathy, tact, and professionalism.
- Speaks clearly, concisely and effectively; listens to, and understands, information and ideas as presented verbally and communicates information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; reads and understands information presented in writing.
- Ability to multi task and work independently.
- Strong competence with Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Insures a smooth flow of communication and information to the CEO from various constituencies.
- Coordinates travel and meeting logistics.
- Prepares reports, presentations and supporting materials.
- Maintains soft and hard files with the highest confidentiality.
- Maintains a master calendar and appointment schedule for the CEO.
- Communicates on behalf of the CEO with other executive team members.
- Facilitates communication and appropriate funneling of requests for information to maximize the schedule of the CEO.
- Categorizes and prioritizes mail/email, determines and responds to mail/email that does not require attention at the CEO level.
- Coordinates completion of reporting requirements in compliance with SOP’s.
- Prepares business expenses and reimbursements on behalf of the CEO.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience as a senior level analyst and administrator.
- Minimum applicable BS/BA degree in appropriate functional area, equivalent work experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.
Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
