Senior Manager, Business Transformation Office (of the CEO)

Purpose: 

This role is responsible for providing strategic support, managing overarching operations and driving stakeholder management for the North America CEO Office.  The includes providing analytical support, directing meeting planning and managing key initiatives, communication, budget and expenses related to the CEO Office.  This position will work cross-functionally with colleagues in all BUs and functions. This role will act as liaison between the CEO and internal and external entities, providing a high level of professionalism in both demeanor and conduct.

Essential Duties:

  • Work with the CEO and cross functional leaders on goal creation and business reviews for the North American Business Unit
  • Manage priorities and coordinating internal and external meetings, board meeting, investor calls, conferences.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of communication and information to the CEO from various constituencies.
  • Maintain a master calendar for the CEO including NAM Business Reviews and related BU meetings
  • Prepare CEO briefing materials in advance for all meetings (agendas, data, pre-reads).
  • Regular co-ordination with Managing Director Office and other Senior Leaders support teams
  • Build trusted relationship across senior leaderships, scientific advisors, industry associations, vendors
  • Categorize and prioritize requests, determine and respond to requests that do not require attention at the CEO level
  • Track and manage strategic initiatives and cross functional projects on behalf of the CEO
  • Oversee the annual top line forecasting across US & Canada.
  • Prepare analysis, reports, presentations and supporting materials as required.
  • Represent and promote Sun Pharma’s products and image in a professional, productive manner while adhering to Sun Pharma compliance guidelines

 Job Qualifications:

  • Strategic thinking abilities and a strong sense of urgency
  • Track record of success in developing and executing plans
  • Must understand and be able to apply the highest level of confidentiality and outstanding judgment. 
  • Deals with people in a manner which maintains accountability, while demonstrating empathy, tact, and professionalism. 
  • Ability to multi task and work independently. 
  • Strong competence with Microsoft Office applications.

Work Experience

Minimum of 5 years prior experience business analysis, operations or related areas. Prior experience in sales, marketing or commercial functions preferred. 

Education

Minimum applicable BS/BA degree in sales, marketing, finance or related functional area. MBA preferred
